Legality label
To issue a Legality label, a full investigation is always carried out. Based on the label, you will know whether there are any limitations and risks. Perhaps the result of the label, including recommendations, is already sufficient to be able to make a decision. If you need the report, the architect will draw up the report for you at a small additional cost.
Report (optional)
If you need a detailed explanation on paper, the architect will process the research he has done for the Legality label in a report for a small additional fee. Then you know exactly what the situation is or, if so, how you can improve it. Because the research has already been done, you only pay for the preparation of the report.

Secure payment

You want the certainty that the work will be done within the time that is set for it. That is why the payment is made via Calificasa. The architect will be paid once you have received the Legality label with or without a report.
