About Calificasa
Calificasa is the only independent online platform for registered architects to issue a Legality label based on legal regulations and the zoning plan.
Calificasa’s Legality label was created through experiences with more than 10,000 buyers and homeowners. For five years, we have shared and worked out experiences with ethical lawyers and architects. Therefore, we are perhaps best placed to help buyers realise their dream and homeowners prevent and advise on wrongdoing.
We have been admitted to the European Centre for Innovation (Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación). The so-called Techpark is located in Málaga. It is also called the Silicon Valley of Europe.

The ‘c’ of copyright is an essential part of our logo and symbolises our role as creator of the legality label. With the copyright, we also want to protect the need for a reliable and independent Legality label. Because that is what the Spanish housing market needs.
