LEGALITy LABEL

With or without report

We keep the rates as low as possible so that no one has to compromise on peace of mind. The qualification consists of two parts so that you do not pay for an extensive report you may not need yet. Please check the table for what you can use for the Legality label and report. The cost of a legal translation of the conclusions and recommendations is not included because not everyone wants to incur these costs. Programs such as Google Translate prove sufficient in most cases. Of course, translation can always be requested.

It works very simply

Legality label

To issue a Legality label, a full investigation is always carried out. Based on the label, you will know whether there are any limitations and risks. Perhaps the result of the label, including recommendations, is already sufficient to be able to make a decision. If you need the report, the architect will draw up the report for you at a small additional cost.

Report (optional)

If you need a detailed explanation on paper, the architect will process the research he has done for the Legality label in a report for a small additional fee. Then you know exactly what the situation is or, if so, how you can improve it. Because the research has already been done, you only pay for the preparation of the report.

Secure payment

No mañana, mañana once you have paid. That is why we are introducing the ‘Safe payment’ method. The architect who carries out the investigation wants the certainty that he will be paid. You want the certainty that the work will be done within the time that is set for it. That is why the payment is made via Calificasa. We only pay the architect once you have received the Legality label with or without a report.

  • The most common option is for the buyer to request the Legality label, and if necessary, later the report with detailed explanations. This can be done discreetly, as the seller or their representative is not contacted.
  • The most logical option is for the seller to sell the property with a Legality label and thus be transparent as to its status.

Yes, you can. The cost is slightly higher than if you apply for everything at once, because the person who determined the legality label has to take up the case again.
